Biography
1972年長崎県佐世保市生まれ。
Born in Sasebo city, Nagasaki in 1972, currently based in Tokyo.
1993年から1996年まで、インディペンデントマガジン「PEPPER SHOP」を発行。漫画、雑誌、アニメ番組、ビデオゲーム、おもちゃ、プラモデル（特にガンダムや仮面ライダーなど）のグラフィックデザイナーとして活躍するかたわら、2002年「水の中の女の子」がテーマの映像作品の制作を開始。2013年から連続出版作品「水中ニーソ」を発表。ミュージックビデオ、映画、テレビコマーシャル、音楽イベントのVJなど活動は多岐に渡る。2017年、青森県立美術館企画展「ラブラブショー2」に参加。2018年、第21回 文化庁メディア芸術祭 エンターテイメント部門 審査委員会推薦作品に選出。2019年、北師美術館（台湾・台北市大安區）「美少女の美術史」展に参加。アーティストとしてタイ、シンガポール、パリ等、国内外で個展を開催。
From 1993 to 1996, Koga published "PEPPER SHOP" as his first independent magazine. Working as a graphic designer for comics, magazines, animation movies, games, toys, and model kits especially those of Gundam and Kamen Rider, he started to create video works of a girl underwater in 2002. "Underwater Knee-high girls" has continuously published in 2013. Since then, he has been making music videos, movies, TV commercials, and doing VJ for music events. Also, participated in "Love Love Show 2" at Aomori Museum of Art and held solo exhibitions domestically and internationally. In 2018, he received the Jury Selections under the Entertainment Division of the Japan Media Arts Festival.
